[notes&photos]Feb.11.2009

It's the National Examination time for Form6 students in the country, and the school is (again) closed for two weeks. While I'm relieved to be able to catch my breath after the first month of teaching, I've got some lesson planning and travelling to do during the break.
Tomorrow, I'm leaving for Dar es Salaam to take a mandatory physical check up and vaccination. I'll be back here on Sunday, then after another week, I'm leaving again for the city of Mtwara down in the southeastern coast to attend the teaching skills workshop and practice lesson sessions for a week. I'm quite excited for the workshop, to observe lessons of Tanzania teachers and other experienced volunteers.

I had some periods for the students to prepare for their presentations, so I got some time to whip out my camera to taka photos.
